The Real purpose of Religion

Don't get me wrong I believe that there is some divine being out there (there has to be something). One of my favourite sayings is "It is impossible to create something from nothing, however the universe was created from nothing at the beginning of time, so in theory anything is possible ". So that proves that anything is truly possible, it just might not be probable. I also believe that Religion is one of the most important foundations of our society, but take what I say to heart, actually think about it and it will make a lot of sense.

Why it might not exists...

• Religion was first made up by nomads and our ancient ancestors thousands of years ago. They did this to explain the things that didn't make sense to them. They had a god to explain the way the river moved, why the nile flooded, why lightning and thunder were made, and even for the sun, moon, and stars. Do we have gods for all of these things...NO! That is because we have proven with science why all of this stuff happens.
• The egyptians pretended to be direct links to the gods for one reason only. It gave them ultimate power, and allowed them to rule in fear. Think about it if a person simply claims he, and only he can talk to the gods, how can anyone disprove him (especially back then), and no one would dare go against him. This was a perfect opportunity to exploit people's beliefs and to instill new ones.
• How can there be so many different religons. I understand that Christianity, Judiasm, etc are alike, but how can religons like budhism, Christianity, Hinduism, etc all exist when the all contradict eachother. It is impossible, there can't be a true after life (christianity) if re-incarnation also exists (Hinduism).
• Why am I told to pray for petty things in my everyday life, when there are starving kids in africa or people being murdered in the city. It wouldn't make sense for a just god to answer my prayers when people are starving, homeless, and innocents are being killed...

Why it is still important...

• Religion is a very important structure for the government. If there was no religion think about how much more crime there would be. If we knew for sure that there was no hell, and no penalty in the after life, or if there wasn't even an after life many, MANY more people would commit crimes. Religion helps to safe guard our society and keeps people in check.
• Religion gives hope to those that have no hope. It gives people a reason to live, and even in our darkest hour we can still have a glimpse of light, even if it is only in our own souls.
• Besides like a said earlier, I do believe that there is SOMETHING out there. It wouldn't make sense if there wasn't. It is also possible that we just can't comprehend it, we won't know until the day we die. Either we will poof into nothingness, or move onto the after life. None the less, we still need to act like decent human beings to eachother because even if there is not a true hell in the after life. We will be creating a hell on Earth that all of us will have to endure, and we won't even have a choice.

Why is school so pointless?

Many kids can't stand school, it personally doesn't bother me that much, besides the fact that it is just a huge waste of time, most kids are assholes, and half of the teachers can't even teach. Ok i understand the need for SOME schooling, but the amount of time that we are forced to go to school is just rediculous. Every year it is basically the same exact thing, the content we learn is even recycled. I have honestly not learned a single useful thing in years from school. I never study, and hardly pay attention in class, I even skipped a grade in math and english and take AP classes and still have a 95 average. How is it possible that some kids are failing not just one class, but three or four! Some of the kids in school are just complete idiots, and not just acedemically. There was a huge fist fight in my school that resulted in one kid getting taken to jail, and another suspended for over a week. Guess what this fight was over, a hat! I just have to laugh at how stupid some people are. Guys are always finding ways to push other people's buttons for no reason. This is just plain stupid and it's not going to acomplish anything except having people hate you, and possibly getting killed (if the other kid goes phyco).

Not only are we forced to go to school for what 6-7 hours a day, but then we are loaded with homework so we can waste even more time at home. I already spent my whole day at school and you want me to go home and to 25 math questions that take 10 minutes each, read five chapters out of this idiotic book and write an essay on it, do a practice test for chemistry, and do a research paper on some guy from the civil war for APUS...haha ya right. But unless you want to fail you have to do all of this pointless stuff, on top of trying to manage a social life and working (atleast for me) 20 hours a week and a borring job that I hate. I get fucking exhausted and worn out, and I know a lot of other teenagers out there feel the way I do.

I just love it when my school makes me do work for them for free to. This just makes me crack up! To graduate from school I have to do over 20 hours of community service. Are you kidding me? I already have a job and go to school and you want me to waste more time helping out other people that couldn't give a crap about me. It isn't my fault that there life got screwed up or they got old, it isn't necessarily there fault either, but I just don't feel it's right to force kids to do it because no one else wants too. I'm not against helping out occasionally if a choose, but please don't force me to do it or you won't let me graduate, that is just cheap. I just want to enjoy what is left of my childhood, but that is dam near impossible with school, work, hw, etc. I am awake for about 18 hours every day. Take away an hour for getting ready and going to school, 7 hours for actually being in school, 2-3 hours atleast for homework, and then about 4 hours for my job. What am I left with? About 3 hours a day where I can relax, but I'm usually exhausted by then anyway and it is already 10 at night. I don't even have weekends off from my job or from homework. I hardly ever have anytime to workout, play sports, videogames, gamble, or even just hang out. This isn't how a teenagers life is suppose to be, maybe when I am an adult, but not right now!

The book store (any store at school), where the kids sell the items is another type of child labour. Just because the school is too cheap to pay someone to actually run the store they have kids do it, and they don't get paid with money, but with experience. What a load off BS. Next year for one of my classes I have to build a full-size playhouse over a 6-7 months, and then that playhouse gets donated for free somewhere. I am putting all of this hardwork into making this thing, and not only do I not get a say in what happens to it, but I get nothing for it. Of course the teachers say I am getting paid with knowledge...ok well if I wanted that I would join a trade school. That way I can learn AND get paid. Or I would just work at the job I already have so I can actually make money.

Why do girls act like bitches

This is just something that has gotten me pissed off latley. I am beginning to learn this, and I'm sure that a lot of you guys out there agree with this too. Some (and by some I mean MOST) girls act like complete bitches. The sad part is that in their twisted mines they just don't see it or don't care. Girls at a very young age learn the power that they have over men, and they exploit this to the extreme. It is so easy for them to get almost anything they want from us, and we fall for it almost everytime don't we! They have learned just how easy it is, and that's why they do it so often, and so mercilessly.

Here is a simple example, I had this one female co-worker that I initially didn't like but over time we got closer and I ended up falling for her. She was always friendly, would flirt with me all the time, always help me, etc and I would do the same. I felt a close connection between us, but she just recently got a new job. Right before she left I asked her to hang out she said yes, I got her number, etc. So in about two weeks I text her casually so we could start talking and I was going to lead it into setting up plans to hang out. She never answered. Ok so no big deal, I wait a few more days try again and all I get back is a "hey". Wtf am I suppose to do with that, and to make it even worse it took her an hour to reply with that. So I respond and tell her the only two days I'm free next week, and ask if she wants to hangout. FOUR hours later, she says she has to work both of those days. So I say, "well maybe this weekend I should get out of work pretty early"...and guess what no response! If you told me you wanted to hangout then what's with the total lack of interest! I know this isn't the best example, I actually have much better ones but this was fresh in my mind and I was pissed about it.

I just hate flakey girls like this so much! I just don't get it with you girls. You act so friendly in person, but whenever it comes to actual hanging out/dates you just go insane. In person you act so flirty and interested, you give me your number and say that you would love to hangout or some other bullshit, but you (almost) never do! (I'm no loser either, I play sports, have a job, am very smart, funny, above average looking...) I'll give you girls all a hint, guys DO NOT like playing these fucking games, it is aHUGE turnoff, I know a lot of you guys feel the way I do right now. Another thing why lie and say yes to hanging out and then not show, or end up cancelling it's just so pointless and a waste of my time. I am no weakling and will always stand up for myself and my friends, but some of you girls out there think a guy is needy, weak or w/e if he texts you too soon or keeps asking you questions. NO that is not usually the fucking case, is it possible that the guy just actually likes you and might actually care for you! That would be terrible wouldn't it, and the funny part is the you girls think it's funny when a guy does this. What, does it give you a big ego boost or something. Do you know how much courage it took for the guy to even ask you out, if you girls weren't so scared of getting your own feelings hurt maybe you would take some risks and ask out a guy for once or tell him how you feel...but I know that will never happen (atleast with most girls).

So here's what it comes down to. ALMOST all girls are bitches, atleast deep down. They are bitches to eachother and to guys they don't see worthy enough. Even if a girl is acting nice to you, watch out because she just might want something. I see it everyday with guys at school, the store, everywhere. If you ever see a stunning girl smile at you, bat her eye lashes and ask you to do a "little" favour. Watch out because there is a very good chance that she's laughing inside "that another guy fell for that same old trick again". There is that slight possibilty that she might see it as an act of kindness, or she might actually like you, however these days those chances are slim. I know things won't change and that girls will continue to exploit guys and the guys will keep falling for it, but I just figured I'd vent a bit and throw my two cents out there...
